Kevin S. called me and was there at the time he said. He diagnosed the problem, plus shared some info with my wife and me that was useful. In the end, he fixed the fireplace and now we are warm! Plus, the dust was vacuumed out and the glass is clean! Lesson to you cheapos, just let the experts fix it when they are there!
